So far 2016 has been a great year for Parker Team Homes! The market has been very busy for all realtors in the Lafayette area.  For sellers it has been surprising how fast most of their homes are selling ( many with multiple offers ).  For buyers it has been more of a challenge having to make quick decisions on what home to get before it's sold.
